My name is Zhanna Shypulia, and I’m a native Russian speaker and dedicated language teacher. Born and raised in the southern Russian-speaking part of Ukraine, Russian is the language I think in and use daily. Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Russian to over 1000 students from many different countries, delivering more than 5,000 private lessons. Despite the myth that Russian is difficult to learn, I firmly believe that anyone can master it. My friends describe me as hardworking and purposeful, while my students appreciate my strict yet inspiring approach. At heart, I’m a kind, dreamy, and optimistic person and I am passionate about helping you achieve fluency in Russian!

COURSE CONTENT
The course is designed for English speakers. Because English and Russian are very different languages, I explain things in English for most of the course so that you can understand the main concepts more easily and based on my 9 years of teaching Russian, it is much easier, less stressful, and more enjoyable for adults to make a transition to Russian when they have an intermediary language.
No previous knowledge of the language is required.
The course is divided into several sections, containing the more than 240 video lessons, 330 exercises and quizzes after each lesson. I recommend watching the sessions in order, as the course offers a sequential and logical learning path.
Remember that you can always go back and watch the lessons as often as needed.
All videos are in FULL HD and you can adjust the speed, audio and quality.
During the course, you will also find 330 exercises and more than 60 PDFs, which will allow you to practice at the end of each lesson!
